Shipping policy

Handbook House sells digital products only. Nothing is physically shipped, no shipping address is required, and no shipping is ever charged.

Your handbook is delivered as a PDF. A download link arrives by email within a few minutes of checkout, sent to the address you entered at checkout.

If nothing has arrived after about fifteen minutes, check your spam and promotions folders first. If it is not there, email support@handbookhouse.com with your order number and we will resend it.
