Refund policy
Everything sold here is an instant digital download. There is nothing to send back, and once a file has been delivered we have no way to take it back. For that reason all sales are final.
That said, we will always make it right when something is wrong on our end:
- The file will not download, or will not open.
- You received the wrong file.
- The handbook is materially different from what the product page described.
Email support@handbookhouse.com within 30 days of your purchase. Include your order number and tell us what went wrong, and we will either send you a working file or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
What we cannot refund: a change of mind, buying the wrong handbook by mistake, or deciding after reading that the approach is not for you. We would rather you did not buy something you will not use, so if you are unsure whether a handbook fits your situation, email us before you buy and we will tell you honestly.
Nothing in this policy affects any rights you may have under the consumer law of your own country.
